2024-06-27 - Summer Vacation Notice and Support Ticket Information

Dear Mjolnir Users and PIs,


Summer is upon us, and many of us are on or heading for vacation, myself included. 

Therefore, from today until July 22, I will not be reading my emails, messages, or Discord.


However, I will periodically monitor the Support Ticket system available at https://mjolnir-ucph.dk. 

Requests will be prioritized as follows:


High Priority:

Nodes/server failures

New accounts

Login problems

Users misbehaving

Etc.


Lower Priority:

Software installation

Software problems

Database requests

Etc.


During some parts of my vacation, I will have no coverage. Even if you create a ticket, I may not be notified immediately, so please be patient.


PI's: if you have approved a new user request, please create a ticket and inform me, as notifications from AirTable forms will go to my email, which I will not be reading. Tickets are easy to create, and your users have created 130 until now.


Users: please use the support ticket system for any questions or challenges. As mentioned, I will not be reading other media while on vacation, but I will check tickets periodically.


I am happy to announce that yesterday, job number 24,000,000 was processed. It was only six months ago in January that we hit job number 10,000,000. It is amazing to see how productive you all are.
